WATCH ::  A new video from Life On Earth!, Dungen bassist, Mattias Gustavsson’s own project, from Stockholm, Sweden. The song is taken from their latest EP “The Perfect Spot” (ÅÄÖ Fonogram, 2011).

The Amazing – Gone (Official Video)
Directed by Viktor Araskog. First video from the new the Amazing album “Gentle Stream,” follow-up to their 2009′s “The Amazing” and 2010′s mini album “Wait For A Light To Come.”  Out now on Subliminal Sounds.


The Amazing has been known as a Swedish folk-rock-psych-pop-collective – headed by Reine Fiske (of Dungen) and singer-songwriter Christoffer Gunrup.  The line-up completed by Fredrik Swahn, Alexis Benson and highly rated jazz musicians Moussa Fadera and Jonas Kullhammar. “Gentle Stream” was recorded in Stockholm.

The title track video off of the forthcoming sixth Dungen album called “Skit I Allt.” which is due out on via Mexican Summer on September 14th, internationally via Subliminal Sounds.


Directors Jenny Palén and Annika Aschberg used some of Sture Mars (obscure but legendary Swedish underground film maker) previously unseen archived material which is sprinkled beautifully within the piece. All vintage footage was used courtesy of Reine Fiske and Stefan Kéry’s (Tilindien/Subliminal Sounds) secret psychedelic film stash.

Dungen announce new album!

Sweden’s Dungen sweetly return with a collection of gorgeous rippers and graceful jazz filled polyrhythms called Skit I Allt out in early September. For those who don’t have their English-Svenska Dictionary close at hand when plunking/ popping/ importing Dungen’s sixth album Skit I Allt into their respective listening devices, let’s make sure the title doesn’t get lost in translation, which is: “Fuck All.” 



“Skit I Allt” will be released by Mexican Summer September 14th.  Internationally via Subliminal Sounds.
